Thank you all for a very lovely stay on holidays. Everyone we encountered was super-friendly. The room was functional & new-fashioned, came with fantastic views, window at footpath level and 4 beds crammed in. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. The venue was in a central location adjacent to Brighton pier, lagoon and Brighton town centre. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 3 km away. Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met the demands.
Some people working there were busy.

The hotel met needs, I would stay here again without hesitation. All the staff was always pleasant and super friendly, fixed my issues. This was a particularly good location close to sea side, lagoon and beach and Next to beach.
